We will never sell any information collected from our customers during the ordering process to Internet or direct mail services. You can shop at Cosmolara™ with full confidence that your personal and purchasing information will remain private.

Providing a secure shopping environment is one of Cosmolara's™ highest priorities. The shopping cart on the Cosmolara™ website which requires you to enter personal data such as your name, e-mail address, and credit card information are protected by the industry standard secure sockets layer encryption technology.

Cosmolara™ wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following about our return policies and insist that you check shipments before accepting them.

Damaged Goods

We do our utmost to ensure your product is packed and delivered safe and sound. On occasion the contents have been abused without signs of distress on the box (dropping, crushing, thrown or kicked). Open the box in front of the courier before signing. If the product looks like it has leaked or damages have resulted from shipping, do not accept it ! Return the item in its original box so we can assess the problem and put an insurance claim through. We will give you a replacement or your money back promptly. Call, fax or e-mail us of these events immediately!

Spoiled Product

We have a high degree of cleanliness and thorough testing of products before it ever leaves our facility. Not to say that a production error on our part would ever occur. We realize that using a number of natural ingredients that are sourced from around the globe (which include specifications and QA reports) a minor problem might result. If you feel that there is a noticeable flaw in the product, call us immediately.

Unsatisfied Purchase

If you have used the product up to 25% and for some reason it does not live up to your expectations (or a remote chance your skin reacts to a certain ingredient) we will take it back without question. However, like returning any product back to a store; your time, effort, personal expense of gas, parking and vehicle wear and tear is a typical. Our policy is that shipping will only be partially compensated by us. What this means is that, returning the product will be your responsibility (like returning merchandise to a store) where we will gladly send a replacement or a completely different product of your choice (with adjusted price variances) and ship at our expense!

Third Party Complaints

If you are a distributor or an individual who purchased a product as a gift and the client is unhappy with the item...call us directly. This is to clarify the actual complaint and to lessen the aggravation the client or recipient is feeling. If there is no suitable explanation, we can either call them at an arranged time, or they can call us directly. Please note, if you have intentionally or un-intentionally mislead individuals with false information regarding the use of this product, we will in no way support those misleading results or exaggerated claims you have made.

Liabilities

Cosmolara™ assumes no liability for misuse or abuse of its products. All of our products are extensively tested and do not make claims without substantiating them. Common sense prevails.. read instructions. If you have allergies or adverse reactions to certain ingredients, read the label before using. Whether ingested, damage to property/materials or personal injury results from using our product in a careless manor... we are not responsible.

Return Policy

PRODUCT RETURN POLICY:

Within 30 days of receipt of this shipment, you may return:

Any COSMOLARA product in its original condition and packaging, in a re-sellable form.

We will issue a full refund, less shipping costs, for the price of any items, with the exception of Microdermabraision cloths, seasonal items and individual items sold in prepackaged sets or kits.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Contact Customer Care to request authorization  prior to return. You will be given a Return Authorization number (RMA#) which must accompany the item(s) being returned. Additionally, please include a copy of the COSMOLARA packing slip and your McKesson invoice. All product being returned to our warehouse must be authorized and reference an RMA # on the return packing list. We reserve the right to refuse any return that has not been authorized.
